Terms and Conditions

1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between IBG Real Estates Ltd and the users of the services at www.investinbg.co.uk

2. www.investinbg.co.uk is a site owned by IBG Real Estates Ltd. In these Terms and Conditions, IBG Real Estates Ltd. will also be identified with investinbg.co.uk

3. If you have loaded or if you have been redirected to www.investinbg.co.uk you should familiarize yourself with these Terms and Conditions and if you do not agree with them, you should immediately leave the site.

4. All content on the site, including text, photos, illustrations, and anything else, is protected by copyrights or other intellectual property rights (which are governed by Bulgarian and international copyright laws, treaties, personal data protection laws, as well as laws and regulations on mass communication) and is owned by www.investinbg.co.uk or third parties, information providers such as real estate agencies, lawyers, consultants who have allowed the use of their intellectual property objects and have granted rights to advertise their products and services.

5. The contents of www.investinbg.co.uk are solely for your personal use. Without prior written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, post or upload the information elsewhere, and use the content for commercial purposes.

6. The users of www.investinbg.co.uk agree to receive the weekly newsletter of the site. 

PUBLISHING ADS

1. Classifieds may be published by both physical and legal persons, as well as real estate agencies. 

2. Each ad should contain information and photos only for one property. Ads without detailed description and photos will not be approved.

3. It is imperative to correctly and accurately fill in all the fields in the form for publication of an advertisement. Site Administrators reserve the right to edit, change the position, and delete ads with incorrect or inaccurate content.

4. IBG Real Estate Ltd. is a real estate agency and all the services we provide and all relationships between us and the respective customer (s) are governed by a separate written agreement which shall enter into force only after it has been signed by Our company on one side and the customer (s) on the other.

5. Each newly published ad by default will be set as inactive until the site administrator verifies the authenticity of the ad entered.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time in order to improve the quality of the services provided and the introduction of new ones. Changes may also result from amendments to Bulgarian legislation.

2. www.investinbg.co.uk reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and at its own discretion. Changes are placed on the official site page and take effect from the day of their placement there. The users of the site services are required to check the updates of the Terms and Conditions and to comply with them. 

3. For all matters not settled in these General Terms, the provisions of the current legislation in Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
