- Income BGN 1,500.00 – 2,499.99: 2.70%
- Income BGN 2,500.00 – 3,999.99: 2.55%
- Income BGN 4,000.00 – 7,999.99: 2.50%
Loan Amount: Over BGN 350,000.00
- Income over BGN 4,000.00: 2.35%
✅ Mortgage Loan for External Targeted/Non-Targeted Refinancing – “No Limit” Plan
Loan Amount: BGN 150,000.01 – 350,000.00
- Income BGN 1,500.00 – 2,499.99: 2.60%
- Income BGN 2,500.00 – 3,999.99: 2.50%
Loan Amount: Over BGN 350,000.00
- Income over BGN 4,000.00: 2.35%
