My expirence with Desi , the studio was cluttered , the room was smells, my son did not take a photo or make a video during the visit because Ukrainians people's lived there , and were present during the visit, they moved out in the morning on the day of purchasing the apartment leaving the trash behind, the electricity was disconnected, 4 days of cleaning, at your own expense without electricity. The fees are not 580 euros but much higher, parking 6 euros per day , but Desi didn't mention it .Desi desire to make a quick buck. Sorry, Desi let buyers draw their own conclusion.
I am a New Zealand 🇳🇿 citizen and I purchased my apartment through Desi in 2018 in Sunny Beach. I sold the same apartment through Desi in June 2024. Desi has always been helpful & professional. Interpreting for me, sending me reminder emails to pay Municipality taxes, home insurance and any other things to do with the property. Since I put my property on the market, it took 14 days for Desi to find the buyer. The whole process went well & there were no problems at all. Desi is professional and efficient and helpful, in her office the secretary and the team were always helpful over the last 7 years.
